exactly. also, fabian nicieza is the one replacing winick, except he’s only gonna be writing up til issue 20, and since they’ve not announced a new writer I kind of get the feeling that’ll be it for batwing as a title. thus my fear for matu. :|

I just read this interview, where Nicieza is talking about Batwing and… I am really worried now.

This next storyline sounds great, but it also sounds like they are setting it up to be a possible ending for the series… which wouldn’t be good for Matu…

I haven’t been able to find a recent chart of the DC’s sales, so I don’t know how Batwing is ranked in sale numbers, but last I heard it WAS the worst selling Bat-title (under RHatO!? HOOWWW)

DC might be setting it up to go in their next wave.

If Batwing is cancelled I might drop all my DC pulls and move entirely to Marvel. I don’t think my heart could handle it.
